Hi there! Welcome to Ansley Insights, a monthly-ish email from yours truly and Ansley Corporate Entertainment. 

As we kick off 2025, we're focusing on what we do best: Connecting Ideas and Audiences in ways that inspire, engage, and leave a lasting impact.

Let’s Start with a Tip: Keep Your Audience Front and Center

🔑The key to "connecting ideas and audiences?" It starts with understanding your audience.

Use the 5 W's to ensure your message is framed and focused so that it fully resonates with your audience:

  • WHO are they? Know their interests, expectations and background. 
  • WHAT do they need or care about? Share something meaning or reaffirming. Get them to lean in. 
  • WHEN it’s over, what’s the key takeaway? What's the ONE THING you want them to do think or feel after your presentation? 
  • WHERE are they coming from and where do you them to go? Context matters - tailor your message accordingly. 
  • WHY does it matter? Focus on delivering a clear, memorable point. Most importantly, keep the WHY front and center through storytelling, specific examples and case studies.

When you center your audience, your ideas become more than just words—they become connections.

Bonus Tip: Make it engaging! Ask questions, use humor, and encourage active participation to keep your audience attentive.

🎙️What We Did in December🎙️

Our team provided entertainment for 14 end-of-year parties (both in person and online) for over 1,000 guests! We hosted Game Shows, Comedy Shows, Minute to Win It Games, Virtual Music Bingo, Virtual Team Trivia and more!

 

Participated in the AENC’s annual trade show for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing. Met lots of cool people from across North Carolina, too. 

 

Hosted a Speed Networking with a Twist session for NACE Charlotte’s Mingle & Jingle holiday celebration

Closed out the year by being named Employee of the Month for December 2024!
