I recently attended both the TSIA and Gainsight conferences focused on AI. After hearing repeatedly that AI will free up time for revenue generating teams to be “more strategic”, I started wondering: 

What does it actually mean for revenue generating teams to be “more strategic”? Also, what is the value to a business if revenue generating teams are “more strategic”? What do you think?
