Dear Resident or Family Member,

COVID-19 Testing Update for Residents and Families at Calvary Brighton-le-Sands

I am writing to inform you that all RAT tests completed with residents in the latest round have returned negative results.

Whilst this is pleasing news, in line with Public Health Unit advice, another round of testing must be conducted on Sunday 23 January before discussions can be had regarding lifting the current restrictions.

Calvary Brighton-le-Sands remains closed to visitors. Residents continue to remain in and be cared for in their rooms.

A reminder, visitation exceptions may be made for residents receiving end of life care, or for compassionate visits. Please speak with the home manager.

I will update you again on Monday 24 January, after RAT testing has been completed.
