Getting to know you better
We want to make sure we’re offering the right help and support to all our residents – but to do that, we need your information to be up to date. Over the last few months, you should have received either an email from Feedback@ParadigmHousing.co.uk or a text from ‘Paradigm HG’ with a link to a short form, helping us get to know you and your household better. We’ll also ask you to share some additional details, such as your ethnicity, use of English and any disabilities or long-term medical conditions. This information helps us to better understand the needs of our communities and provide the right services. As a thank you, every 100th resident who completes the form will receive a £100 shopping gift card! We've already sent out 21 vouchers to residents - could you receive the 22nd? If you have any questions, check the FAQs on our website. Our top tips from Big Energy Savers Week!Saving energy should be a year-round goal, as a great way to help the environment and save money. As it was Energy Savers Week last week, we've put together some top tips:
Partnership working to support residentsOur partnership with King's Church Amersham continued to make a real difference for residents facing challenging circumstances in 2025. Through the Furniture Project, good-quality donated furniture is provided to households that would struggle to afford the essentials needed to settle into a new home.
During 2025, the project supported 82 households, delivering 875 items of furniture, helping adults and children move into their homes with dignity, stability and a safe place to sleep. If you're struggling to furnish your home with essentials, we’re here to help. Please call us on 0300 303 1010 or email ContactUs@ParadigmHousing.co.uk We're here to support you
If you’re feeling concerned about your finances, give us a call. We can connect you with helpful support services, such as Citizens Advice, or refer you to local food banks. And don't forget our Support Hub. It's jam-packed with useful tips and links to organisations which offer advice and practical help on a wide range of issues. Quick links |
