Chicken Scallopini $25 – A 6 oz breast, dredged, seasoned, and pan-fried, plated with sautéed onions, peppers, capers, tomatoes, and asparagus. Served with two sides and a salad.
Chicken Parmesan $27 – A 6 oz breast, breaded, seasoned, and pan-fried, topped with marinara and mozzarella cheese placed atop a lovely bed of Alfredo pasta. Served with a salad.

We are pleased to welcome the newest members of Belle Meade Country Club:
Michael and Poppie Parkhurst, residents of Thomson, have joined the Club as resident social members. Mr. Parkhurst is retired and was formerly the VP of Sales at E-Z-GO. Mr. and Mrs. Parkhurst have a daughter, Sophia, 23.
Dustin and Christina Hughes, residents of Thomson, have joined the Club as resident members. Mr. Hughes is an RN with the Mayo Clinic and serves as a transplant coordinator. Mr. and Mrs. Hughes have a daughter, Emberly, 4.
Ashleigh and Levi Reed, residents of Thomson, have joined the Club as junior members. Mrs. Reed is a hair stylist at Taylor & Co and Mr. Reed works at Yancey.
Tommy Wells, a resident of Thomson, has joined the Club as a junior member. Mr. Wells is an owner/operator of Kent’s Drive-in.
Aaron and Amanda Hicks, residents of Thomson, have Joined the Club as resident members. Mr. Hicks is a Senior Enlisted Leader in the United States Air Force/Georgia Air National Guard. Mr. and Mrs. Hicks have a daughter, Cayleigh, 14, and a son, Hunter, 10.
The Board of Directors extends a warm welcome to all our new members. We’re thrilled to have you at Belle Meade!
