Who is eligible: Independent Physician Associations, Management Services Organizations, Accountable Care Organizations and Federally Qualified Health Centers. The CalHIVE Behavioral Health Integration Improvement Collaborative is possible thanks to the support of the Centene Corporation. New Effort to Improve Equity and Quality in Los AngelesEquity and Quality at Independent Practices in LA County (EQuIP-LA) is a two-year quality improvement collaborative for small, independent primary care practices and independent physician associations (IPAs) serving Medi-Cal enrollees of color in Los Angeles County.
CQC will provide funding, training and other technical assistance to participating IPAs. The program is a joint project of CQC, California Health Care Foundation (CHCF), Community Partners, Health Begins, Health Net, L.A. Care Health Plan and PFCCpartners.
