Classroom of Hope Sponsors National Children's Day in Lombok
On July 23rd, North Lombok came alive for National Children's Day 2025, a day bursting with creativity, learning, and community connection. For the first time, Classroom of Hope proudly sponsored the event, joining local partner Good Neighbors Indonesia (GNI), families, and community leaders to celebrate and protect children.
From courageous student presentations addressing child marriage and environmental issues, to inspiring
storytelling performances and imaginative recycling projects, the day was a powerful reminder: when children are protected, communities thrive.

🌍 COH at Climate Week, New York
Classroom of Hope will be attending Climate Week in New York this September. This global gathering brings together changemakers from around the world to tackle pressing climate issues, and we're excited not only to share insights and stories from our work in Indonesia, but also to learn from the incredible initiatives of others.

🤝 Growing our team
We're thrilled to be building more capacity to grow our impact. We recently welcomed our new Finance Manager (part-time), and soon we'll appoint our first Fundraising Manager (also part-time) – a brand-new role for COH. These team additions will help us strengthen our operations and continue scaling our programs, all while keeping our mission at the heart of everything we do.
