Hello PYSF Parents, Sailors and Community Members--

A HUGE thank you and congrats to everyone involved in the High School NorCal Championship we hosted last weekend out of our Chesapeake Venue. Also congrats to our opti sailors who traveled to Marin to compete at Opti Harken #2 hosted by San Francisco YC.  

This coming weekend Stanford University will be hosting College Sailing's West Coast Qualifier for Team Race Nationals.  I encourage everyone to head down to Chesapeake to view the racing up close! 

This summer we have a number of ways to get in on the action.  We have Summer Camps.  We have Family Nights with boats available, drinks on ice and barbeques ready for grilling.  And one of the biggest things is we are hosting a North American Championship! Over 100 boats from all over the country will be traveling to Westpoint Harbor this summer.  We will need folks to help with moving dollies on land, checking people in, moving marks and taking scores on the water, etc.  It is a great way to see what the next level is all about, and to be in the middle of the buzz!  Registration for the North Americans opens this weekend and we look to have 4 women's teams and 9 coed teams!!

Summer Camp Signup New sessions have been added for Learn-to-Sail and 420 Race.  Please get yourself signed up before they fill up!

Pacific Boat Show Volunteers  We are looking for volunteers to help with the Boat Show at Westpoint Harbor May 17-19. Volunteers will be chekcing entry tickets, and must be 14yo+.  Please let us know what timeslot works!  Thank you!!

North American Championships We will need 20 people on the water each day to run the trapezoid course for the fleet.  We will need up to 20 folks (adults and kids!) on land to help direct traffic! Racers your registration opens at 9am on April 13th for the WOMENS REGISTRATION.  April 17th at 9am the OPEN REGISTRATION will be live.
