Asset Management Data Standard (AMDS) development update

We have now released the provisional versions of the following asset classes:

• AMDS Asset - Maintenance Faults & Activities
• AMDS Asset - Mechanical & Electrical Plant (including ITS and Luminaires)
• AMDS Asset - Amenities

The following provisional assets are being updated to reflect feedback:

• AMDS Asset - Biodiversity Buffer Area
• AMDS Asset - Roadside Biodiversity Value
• AMDS Asset - Species or Feature of Note
• AMDS Asset - Wildlife Zone
• AMDS Asset - GeoTech
• AMDS Asset - Railing, Fence, and Wall
• AMDS Asset - Network Group

The output files for these asset classes are available on the AMDS website. Please send us your feedback by email.

We are now in the process of stabilising our asset classes for release 1 and will continue to build out data classes that support the operation of our network in collaboration with the sector.

AMDS at the RIMS Forum

The AMDS team is proud to be participating in the upcoming RIMS Forum in Palmerston North, 28-29 July.

Preparing for the start of implementation of AMDS and the release of the first version of the standard, AMDS SME Elke Beca from WSP will be providing an overview of implementation activities and Data Standard development, and what this means for the sector.

Company-X will also be participating in the speed networking session discussing Data Migration activities as part of AMDS implementation.

The AMDS team will be at the Forum - pop by our table to say hello.

Telling the AMDS story

We have been focused on telling our story through video content recently, with sector partners from Higgins, Downer, Auckland Transport, and Waka Kotahi.
