SUN 17 DEC - Steve Balbi 

Steve Balbi will appear in Restaurant Hubert’s hidden Theatre Royale - an underground treasure trove of old-world charm, decadent dining and transcendent theatre. 

The founding member and producer of Noiseworks, and enigmatic front man of 1980s new-wave phenomena Mi-Sex – Steve Balbi – will bring an eclectic reimagination of beloved songs, and tell-all stories to the Restaurant Hubert stage. 

Celebrating a body of work crafted over a lifetime of commercial highs and unimaginable trials, guests will be treated to a tell-all rollercoaster, fully customised two set show, starting intimate and ending electric, all divided by a French Feast intermission. Accompanying the journey will be canapés from Restaurant Hubert’s world renowned restaurant and bottomless magnums of wine passed freely down the aisles. 

SUN 31ST DEC - New Year's Eve

Indulge in a wonderfully indulgent French with live jazz and all of the trimmings at Restaurant Hubert, with new menu dishes from Executive Chef Brendan Fong (ex Mr Wong and Lilymu).

Restaurant Hubert will be serving a classic à la carte menu with decadent add-ons, champagne service, and the Calvin Welch Celebration Quintet live at every seating.

SUN 31ST DEC - New Year's Eve

$180pp banquet menu highlighted by opulent add ons, Champagne service and unmatched atmosphere. Spend New Year's Eve in one of Sydney's most prestige locations, The Rocks. 

ALBERTO'S LOUNGE

Pranzo di Ganzo - $45 three course lunches are now running every Thursday to Sunday in the Lounge. The perfect option for a work lunch or a catch up with friends in the lead-up to Christmas. 

SUN 31ST DEC - New Year's Eve

Classic trattoria fare with New Year's Eve specials, and pre-order a selection of chilled seafood. DJs Rebecca Rosenfunk and Soup will play from midday to midnight.

THE BAXTER INN

Celebrate Christmas and welcome in 2024 with top-shelf whisky, from 4pm - 3am. Baxter's Bleeding Gums Blues Band will play both Christmas Eve and New Years Eve with no cover charge and two sets from 9pm. 

The Baxter Inn have a no door list policy, however we recommend coming down early to avoid disappointment. 

SHADY PINES SALOON

Serving icy cold drinks on Christmas Eve with James Van Cooper, and all New Year's Eve from 4pm - 2am with Better Off Ted live from the Honky Tonk stage.

Entry is always free, everyone is welcome.
