What China’s Organ Harvesting Teaches About Western Euthanasia

In all Jacob Lavee’s years as head of the Israeli Transplant Association and pioneer in the field of organ transplant surgeries, he had never heard a proclamation like that of his patient in 2005: 

“I am tired of waiting. I am going to China to get the heart I need.” 

It should not be possible. Vital organs can only be procured after tragic accidents kill donors. That is why the wait time was so long and unpredictable, even for a patient at the top of the waiting list. 

Yet this man had been promised a heart from a hospital in China two weeks in advance.  

When the patient returned to Israel with a new heart several weeks later, Lavee knew something was wrong. The transplant had been successful, but the source of the human heart remained a mystery — a mystery laced with crimes against humanity, religious persecution, and a quest for immortality. 

He Built a Lifeline in India. Now, the Government Could Take It All.

Christian persecution is a reality Daniel lives and breathes each day as he shares the Gospel under the hostile Indian government. 

“Their main agenda is to stop Christianity at any cost,” Daniel said. “Even if that Christianity is helping our people.” 

As a physician and the CEO of a multifaceted ministry serving the people of India through evangelism, education, and humanitarian relief, Daniel has dedicated his life to healing bodies and souls for the Kingdom of God.  

In total, the ministry’s vast efforts are spread across approximately 100 acres of land. Roughly 120 volunteers and a handful of paid teachers run the programs. The projects are funded entirely by donations, about 65% of which come from outside the country, which could place the entire operation at risk under proposed changes to India’s Foreign Contribution Regulation Act.
