Solar Your Strata! Want to save up to $600 each year on your energy bills? NSW Government 'Solar Your Strata' grants are available now. Designed to help residents, including renters, to reduce energy bills and greenhouse gas emissions – the grant program will fund 50% of the cost of a shared solar photovoltaic (PV) system on eligible apartment buildings and other multi-unit dwellings in NSW, up to a value of $150,000.
