COVID-19 Update for Residents and Families at Calvary Robina Rise

Further to our communication I am writing to inform you that no further cases have been detected amongst Level 3 residents at Calvary Robina Rise. The number of positive cases remains at two (2) residents. Staff are in contact with the residents’ families and keeping them informed.

For the safety of residents and to help stop the spread of infections, the current restrictions on Level 3 remain in place and our COVID positive residents are isolating and receiving all care in their rooms.

We are continuing to liaise closely with the Public Health Unit as to when the current restrictions for our Level 3 residents can be eased. We anticipate our next update to you will be early next week, or as more information becomes available.

As always, visitation exceptions can be made for residents receiving end of life care and for compassionate visits. Please contact the home manager to make arrangements.

Please contact the home to book a video call with your loved one, or if you have any concerns. Care packages for your loved ones may also be left with security, which must be labelled clearly.
