Coronavirus (COVID-19) | Update for Residents and Families
 

Dear Family Member,

Urgent request re Laverty test results for Mt Carmel residents

If you, as the nominated contact for your loved one, are sent your family member’s COVID-19 PCR test result directly by Laverty Pathology, we ask that you please update the home manager as soon as possible with this information.

The latest round of PCR testing for Mt Carmel residents was completed yesterday and we are now waiting on all of the test results to be received.

We will then liaise further with the Hunter New England Public Health Unit regarding the next steps. In the meantime, residents continue to be cared for in their rooms and closely monitored for any symptoms.

We will update you again as soon as further information is available.
