WELCOME, FAITH!

Latino U College Access (LUCA) and the Board of Directors are thrilled to introduce Faith Ann Butcher as LUCA’s new Chief Executive Officer!

Faith previously served as Chief Impact Officer at United Way of Westchester and Putnam, where her leadership was defined by a deep commitment to community-centered solutions and measurable results.

As an award-winning journalist and experienced nonprofit leader, Faith brings a multidisciplinary background across government, media, business, and philanthropy. Her work reflects a steadfast belief in equity, access, and building systems that create lasting opportunities for families and communities.  She will lead LUCA into its next chapter, continuing to advance our mission, ensuring all students can have access to opportunities so that they can achieve their remarkable academic and life potential.

"As a first-generation college graduate myself, I understand the transformative power of education and the village it takes to succeed. I'm honored to have the opportunity to build upon LUCA's incredible foundation, by strengthening partnerships across our community to ensure every scholar has not just access to college,
but the wraparound support they need to thrive."
