Do you have a Radio Teleswitch (RTS) electricity meter?

The Radio Teleswitch Service (RTS), also known as the Dynamic Teleswitch Service (DTS) will be switched off nationally in June.

The switch off will affect energy customers that have an RTS meter in their home, and may mean that their heating and hot water supply stops functioning as normal.

Insight recently started a scrutiny review to test what it’s like if a customer has to report anti-social behaviour to Great Places.

The group are gathering evidence to understand more about this service, and shortly plan to contact customers to ask about their experiences.
