I’d also like to give you an update on our repair services and the current COVID-19 situation. We're continuing to deliver all our services during this busy winter period and are making progress in reducing the backlog for certain repair jobs. I’m pleased to say that the number of our staff affected by COVID-19 is relatively low at the moment, but if we see a significant increase in infection rates, this may mean that we will need to make changes to our services at short notice. New arrangements may change some of the areas we ask you about in future as well as how the measures are publicised. The Regulator of Social Housing, which sets the standards for housing associations to work to, is consulting on new regulatory arrangements which will apply to Paradigm. These arrangements will say what areas of our services we must report on publicly, and how we must check with you, our customers, how you think we are performing. This mainly applies if you are renting your home, but some measures also apply to shared owners. This consultation closes at 6:30pm on 3 March 2022. The consultation is online and you can find the information here. If you want to have your views on the proposals considered, we encourage you to read the proposals and complete the online response form. Talkback, which supports people with autism and learning difficulties, received £8,000 to develop its online resources and practical one-to-one sessions. Watford Workshop also received £8,000 to support their projects helping people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities or mental health issues into paid work. “These charities have a huge impact in our communities and I’m delighted Paradigm has been able to support their valuable work” says Paradigm Chief Executive, Matthew Bailes.
