Jinson Charls ![]() Media Release Multicultural Grant recipients announced29 November 2024 The CLP Government’s 2025 Multicultural Grants Support Program focuses on delivering tangible results which help to serve and uplift Territorians. In total, $1.4 million has been allocated to eight programs based in the Territory, which will provide multi-year funding for up to five years for projects and activities that support education and skills development, employment and addresses issues such as social isolation and other related challenges. Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Jinson Charls, said the initiatives played a vital role in supporting the multicultural communities that enrich the Territory’s unique lifestyle. “Multicultural communities make a significant contribution to the cultural and linguistic diversity of the Northern Territory,” he said “The transition to a new home and country isn’t always easy, so we’re pleased to be able to support the important programs and services that the recipients are leading, through this program, continuing our efforts to restoring our Territory lifestyle.” Recipients include:
