Do you need carpet, tables, electrical, internet?

Most suppliers have early bird deadlines; you can save money by placing your orders for any furniture, equipment, power/electricity that you may need early – we recommend placing your orders at least than 30 days prior to the show.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Registration links have been emailed to the main company contact  – look out for the email from Conexys with the link to register your staff.

New Product Competition

Get extra exposure for your new products and build traffic for your booth. Please start considering what new products that you want to feature and promote. Deadline has been extended to September 30, 2025 at noon. 

Seminars

Do you have a topic or discussion idea that attendees would like to hear?

The CIPHEX + Electrical Learning Expo West Show Committee will be accepting proposals from exhibitors for a limited number of seminars/presentations for the show, which would be presented in addition to sessions organized by the Committee. Speakers and topics will be reviewed and selected by the Committee.

Sessions may be a maximum of 45 minutes in length. Deadline for submissions is September 30, 2025.

Insurance

Please provide us your insurance certificate, as indicated in your booth agreement, by emailing it to events@ciph.com BEFORE October 5, 2025.

Each exhibitor must provide proof of insurance with the following stipulations included:

• Insurance must cover the entire duration of show, including move-in & move-out date (November 03 to 07, 2025).
• Coverage for liability of a minimum of $2,000,000
