Job Opportunity: Anti-Black Racism Education Program CoordinatorCarleton's Department of Equity and Inclusive Communities is looking to hire a graduate student to facilitate its Anti-Black Racism Education Program. The coordinator will lead the delivery of workshops and presentations to students, staff and faculty. The goal of the program is to increase awareness of anti-Black racism and build skills to mitigate its impact on Carleton community members. In addition to facilitating workshops, the coordinator will be responsible for expanding the program and developing a comprehensive collection of educational resources and materials. Some nominal and related administrative services will also be provided as part of this function. Qualifications:

Constructing Modern Slavery: Law, Capitalism and Unfree Labour illustrates how legal meaning is shaped by cultural political economy and how law’s technicalities, in turn, shape what we understand as unfree labour. The Carleton Ravens swept the OUA (Ontario University Athletics) Nordic Skiing Championships, winning their fourth straight women's title and tenth men's title!
The Ravens have now won 27 combined OUA championships, including nine of the last ten women's championships.
