Celebrating the women in our lives

Happy Women's History Month!

Did you know that over 75% of the non-profit workforce is made up of women? This month we celebrate and honour the incredible contributions of these women and gender diverse folks by continuing our calls for increased investments in the sector, including equitable wages, access to core funding and multi-year funding agreements. When women have secure employment, with living wages, communities are lifted up and we are able to build communities where the next generation can thrive.

You can invest in women today, by investing in women-led organizations like
YWCA Canada who are working actively everyday on advancing gender equity across Canada.

Thank you to all the women in our lives!
