Subscribe on Tags

In your Account settings you can choose which Tags you want to subscribe to. When a selected tag is used you will receive a notification via email or text message. You can access your Account settings by clicking on your username.

News Concerning Quotes

Comments, Delivery address and Delivery date on the Quote are now included in orders you create from the Quote.

The Delivery address is added to the Address field on the order. You can see that the Delivery address comes from the Quote by the added "(Quote)" after the Delivery address.

The Delivery date is written to the "Planned" field.

Quotes From Fault Report

You can now create a Quote directly from a Fault report.

Delivery Directly to  Customer?

Have you added articles to a Work or Service order that will be shipped directly to the customer?

When you create the Purchase order, select "Create New (Delivery to Customer)" and the Customer's delivery address will be included in the Purchase order.

Time to Replenish Your Storage?

Do you see a red exclamation mark in the Storage menu? Then there are articles that need to be ordered (Order shortage).

Slight Changes to Layout

The Customer's order number field has been moved for better visibility.

Tags for Fault Report and Quotations

Now you can also use Tags on Quotes and Fault reports.

Do you need to add the same Service object again to an order? It's possible!

You will find these at the bottom of the list of Service objects with the information that the object has already been added.

Price Increase Agreement

Do you have Agreements where prices need to be indexed?

Use the Collection function. Just enter a percentage by which discounted and invoiced articles should be increased and click Apply.
