Academic Continuation Evaluation

After each term in which you complete courses, you’ll be evaluated to help you understand your progress. Once you’ve completed 5.5 credit attempts in your program, you will receive an Academic Continuation Evaluation (ACE), a term-by-term assessment of your status in your degree. Utilize your ACE results to move steadily through your program and connect with advisors for support.

myAudit

An audit is your map to navigating your degree requirements. The audit provides you with important academic information, such as your degree requirements, completed courses, cumulative grade point average (CGPA) and academic standing.

Because the audit is ever-changing throughout your degree, it’s important to review often. Login to Carleton360 from the Current Students website and select “myAudit” from the important links menu. You can also watch helpful how-to videos from the Registrar’s Office for a step-by-step walkthrough of the audit.

Are You Planning to Graduate in June?

If you plan to complete your degree by the end of the winter term, you should double check myAudit after you have registered in all your courses. Your audit should contain the following notation:

ALL REQUIREMENTS MET – IN-PROGRESS COURSES USED

Should your audit not have this notation, please contact an advisor in your department or in the Academic Advising Centre to determine what changes need to be made to meet your requirements. If you are registered in your final courses for your degree and are on track to graduate in June, you must apply to graduate via Carleton Central (log in through Carleton360) by Tuesday, April 1, 2025 for spring (June) graduation.
