Cal-IN Peer Group for California BHI Leaders

Behavioral Health Integration Data Sharing

In partnership with Connecting for Better Health, CQC convened plans and providers to develop a practical, system- and people-centered blueprint focused on capabilities organizations can implement now to strengthen data sharing between providers and health plans and advance the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM). CQC and BluePath Health will highlight CoCM data sharing learnings during the Connecting for Better Health Meeting on July 9 (11 a.m. - 12 p.m. PT, register here)

  • Collaborative Care Training Hub (Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, West Health Institute, and Northwestern Medicine) | The hub offers four free interactive courses tailored to behavioral healthcare managers, primary care clinicians, psychiatric consultants, and billing staff.
