Please be advised that during the September HAL Board meeting, some changes to the Schedule of Fees and Regulations were approved. These changes are effective immediately. You can find the revised Schedule of Fees and Regulations attached to this email via the buttons below and under the member services tab on the Herefords Australia website.

Posted Registration Certificates

Previous fee:

• $6 per certificate

New fee:

• 1-10 = $5 each
• 11-20 = $4 each (capped at $60)
• 21+ = $3 each (capped at $100)

Regulations (Section 10)

• Accounts not settled within 90-days of invoice date will result in membership being suspended by the Company. Membership will remain suspended until the account is settled in full. Services will not be available to suspended memberships. 
• For members with more than one membership, suspension of one membership due to the account not being settled within 90 days will result in the suspension of all memberships. 
• Suspended memberships will only be reactivated by the Company after the account has been settled in full. Reactivated memberships will be subject to a strict 30-day account for all transactions for a period of 12 months. Reactivated memberships not settled within 30-days of invoice date will be suspended by the Company and remain suspended until the account is settled in full. 

Example of Account Suspension Consequences:

If your account is suspended and you have an upcoming bull sale, you won’t be able to finalise your catalogue through Herefords Australia or access our promotional services for your sale until your account is settled in full.

Inaccessible promotional services includes, but is not limited to, email blasts, advertising via our communication platforms, and listing your sale on the Herefords Australia calendar of events.

If your account is suspended and you require DNA testing to be completed for entry into Wodonga National Show and Sale, your DNA request will not be actioned or completed until your account is settled in full.
