Investing in Young Leaders: The Launch of NACY Emerging Leaders Program This November, NACY proudly launched the Emerging Leaders Roundtable, marking an exciting step forward in strengthening the sustainability of our sector by fostering the next generation of non-profit leaders. After a rigorous selection process, which saw us interview over 25+
passionate candidates, we welcomed 10 outstanding young leaders from diverse communities across Canada. These exceptional young people bring unique perspectives, skills, and a shared dedication to creating positive change within the sector. The first virtual meeting, held at the end of November, was a powerful start, setting the tone for the session ahead for capacity building, mentorship, and collective impact. We are thrilled to see how these leaders will grow and contribute, and we look forward to introducing them on our social channels soon. Stay tuned as their stories unfold and inspire! Follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram to learn about the candidates. - Parul Yadav (ELRT Program Lead)
