Drop-in information sessions – August 2019
Come and see our plans for the landings at Northcote Point and Westhaven
The NZ Transport Agency is delivering a walking and cycling link alongside the Auckland Harbour Bridge. The shared path will be five-metres wide on the east (Auckland City) side of the Auckland Harbour Bridge, directly linking Westhaven to Northcote Point and connecting with the future SeaPath route to create a seamless connection between the city, the North Shore and beyond.
Earlier this year we published our preferred design for the shared path, and since then we have been working on how the path will connect to the southern and northern end of the harbour bridge.
We know people are keen to see these landing designs to understand what they look like, how they will be used and how they will fit within the environment.
We are coming to local communities, so you can see our plans for the landings at the south and north end of the Auckland Harbour Bridge Shared Path, ask us questions, and give us feedback. The details for the sessions are:
