We look forward to having students, staff and guests from more than 20 schools competing during the two day event and we know the competition is going to be fierce! 

VIP Guest Parking
IGSA staff, Convenors, School Principals and Heads of Schools, are welcome to park in our Music Centre Carpark. The entry to this car park is on Grantham Street. Please enter via the driveway at Gate 8. Staff will be there to manage this carpark.

VIP Guest Arrival
Upon arrival dependent on where you are parked or dropped off – please enter the School via Gate 1 or Gate 15. MLC School students will be at all gates to welcome guests. Please let the students know if you would like to be taken to the VIP Guest Lounge or straight to a particular event venue, and the students will guide you.

VIP Guest Lounge – Ailsa Butcher Room (Level 3, above Cafe 1886)
IGSA staff, Convenors, School Principals and Heads along with your Executive staff, are invited to use our VIP Guest Lounge located in the Ailsa Butcher Room. There will be tea and coffee making facilities here both days and you are welcome to use this space throughout the events entirety. 

If you are able to join the catered events we ask that you kindly RSVP below.

Event app
We will be using an event app to manage the Festival of Speech program of events, important information, venue allocations and team draws. On the day there will be QR codes at all entry points and rooms for guests to download the event app.
