Shift Sign-Up has Arrived!

You may all now sign up for your PHINS shifts for the week of NSO by clicking the button below. Please ignore that the PHINS PHACTS sheet is outdated. A new one will be posted shortly!

Instructions

Here are some helpful steps for signing up for shifts!

1. Click the large button with the statue of a man with a light blue PHINS shirt

2. Click Sign Up under Shift Management at the top of the screen

3. Click Join on any shifts you would like to take and you will be added to that shift immediately

Reminders

• Everyone MUST take a Philadelphia Museum of Art shift.

• Each PHINS and PHINS Coordinator is required to take 10 total shifts.

Tips

• Some shifts occur several times a day so if one doesn’t fit in your schedule you may be able to sign up for another one.

• You can sort by shift name, type of shift, or day of the shift. This should make it easier to find the shifts you want to sign up for.

• You will be able to trade shifts up to two hours before the actual shift starts, so ask around if others are willing to trade shifts with you for the one you want.
