The hottest new addition to the schedule this summer is "Water Workout" with Kaitlyn! Our first session will be Tuesday, 6/16, beginning at 9:00 AM.
This workout will incorporate some strength training as well as cardio training while taking advantage of the low impact properties of the pool!
Come let Kaitlyn work on your beach bod, and then visit the Grille for a nice, healthy lunch from Chef Duane & Co.!
Cost: $5/member - this is a members only event
