COVID-19 Update for Residents and Families of Calvary Oaklands Park

Further to our recent update, we are pleased to inform residents and families that all tested Calvary Oaklands Park residents have now received negative results from the latest round of testing.

This means we now are able to lift the restrictions at Calvary Oaklands Park, and visitors will be permitted entry, subject to guidelines.

Are visitors allowed?

Calvary Oaklands Park will reopen to visitors from 13 January 2022. At this time visiting hours are 9am – 5pm

One single nominated visitor will be permitted per resident during the Home’s visiting hours, due to the heightened risk of infection and community transmission. This will be in place until further notice.

Visitation exceptions may be made for residents receiving end of life care, or who may be experiencing distress, or where a special care and support role is provided. Please speak with the Manager of your Home to discuss arrangements.

What happens now?

As a precaution, our staff will continue to closely monitor all residents for symptoms of COVID-19.

We are also very grateful that families continue to work with us so generously to ensure the safety of your loved ones in our care, and look forward to receiving visitors back into the Home.
