I hope this message finds you well and energized as we move closer to the crucial November elections! I want to personally invite you to join us for our next meeting on Monday, October 21st, 2024, at 7:00 PM ET at The West Hartford Town Hall, Room #400.

Agenda Highlights:

• We will be discussing the recent Lincoln Reagan fundraising dinner, which was a tremendous success, thanks to your hard work and dedication. The event exceeded our expectations, and we are excited to share the details of the funds raised and the positive feedback we received.
• We'll also recap our fantastic participation in the Park Road Parade, where we demonstrated our enthusiasm and pride in the community. It was a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and share our message.
• We are thrilled to announce that our next big event is right around the corner: Halloween Trivia Night at The Butterfly Restaurant on Wednesday, October 23rd at 6:30 PM. This has been one of our most fun and engaging events in the past, and it’s a great way to unwind, enjoy some friendly competition, and support our committee. • Additionally, we will continue to discuss the successes of our "Canvassing for Candidates" program. Every weekend, we've been making tremendous strides in getting out our message and rallying support for our local candidates. Your participation has been invaluable, and we need to keep this momentum going through Election Day!
• We’ll also provide a recap of last weekend's Trump rally, which brought together many supporters right here in West Hartford. For those who missed it, we'll be sharing details of another upcoming Trump rally this Saturday. These rallies are critical for energizing our base and showing our strong support.

This will be our last official meeting before the November elections, so it’s essential that we come together to discuss final plans and rally the troops for the home stretch. With so much at stake in this election, we need everyone’s help. Whether it's attending a rally, knocking on doors, or making phone calls, every effort counts.
