GH ESOP: ONLINE ACCOUNT ACCESS

Each year, GH provided employees with an ESOP certificate that stated their balance. This year, GH is leveling up its ESOP game by working with Menke & Associates, Inc to provide online access to your ESOP account. This means that you can review your ESOP earnings and information at any time. If you haven’t already, be sure to register to obtain access to your online account.

GH ESOP: REGISTRATION

You may be wondering “How do I register for this online account?”. An email from menke@menkeesop.com should have been sent to the email address in Paylocity. It contains a PDF with instructions and a unique account number that is vital for the registration process. Additionally, you will need the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Once you have those numbers, navigate to menkeesop.com and register for your account. When registering, enter your unique account number followed by the last four digits of your social security number, with no spaces. Next, create your username and password. The password needs to be at least 8 characters long and requires a minimum of 1 upper and small case letter as well as 1 number. Lastly, click the “Register” button. You will now be able to log in with the newly created credentials.

GH ESOP: WHAT’S MY EMAIL?

If you are wondering, “What is my email?”, this is the email address within your Paylocity account. To review the email address within Paylocity, log into your account at access.paylocity.com, enter your credentials and company ID, 133762, and navigate to Employees -> Employee Payroll File. The email address will be under the section labeled Person Phone & Email Address.
