SH11 Lemon's Hill closed to traffic on Sunday

SH11 at Lemon's Hill will close again this Sunday for planned works as part of the ongoing slip repair.

Between 8am and 5pm the road will be closed and road users will need to use the alternative route via State Highways 1, 10 and 11. Drivers should allow up to 30 minutes extra for the journey between Kawakawa and Paihia.

Full road closures at Lemon’s Hill are scheduled each Sunday as traffic volumes are lower and there is the least impact to school and business traffic.

The works are weather dependent and may be cancelled or postponed at short notice. Please follow directions of traffic management teams on site.
