I am thrilled to share some fantastic news with you. PCSD has recently secured two grants, totaling an impressive $11 million, from City Fund and Charter School Growth Fund. These funds mark a pivotal step in propelling forward our expansion initiatives in Texas.
In other milestones, I'm delighted to announce the successful ribbon-cutting at KIPP Northern California’s University Park Elementary School in Stockton. Yet another achievement to celebrate!
A warm congratulations to WCSD's Anna Johnson, who has recently joined our national team as Director of Finance.

$11M Secured to Support Texas Expansion
PCSD has secured two grants, $11 million in total, from City Fund and Charter School Growth Fund. These funds will play a crucial role in fueling our expansion efforts in Texas, specifically in Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.

KIPP Northern California Ribbon Cutting at University Park
PCSD was thrilled to attend the ribbon cutting for KIPP Northern California's University Park Elementary School in Stockton! KIPP expanded into Stockton with 3.8 acres at the University Park complex, focusing on education and medical services.
Their goal? To grow and serve 1,033 students in K-8 over three phases!
PCSD recently delivered Phase II of the campus with a brand-new 31,000 sqft elementary school featuring classrooms, admin space, cafeteria, specialty rooms, play structures, and a 9,200 sqft gym!

Meet Our New Director of Finance
Anna Johnson has joined the PCSD national team as the Director of Finance. She will be focused on partnering with our project management team in securing affordable financing for charter schools in California, Texas, and Washington. Anna was previously Senior Project Manager with our Washington team.
