Great Commission Event at NRB 2024 Emphasizes Unity in God's Love
On the first afternoon of the four-day NRB 2024 International Christian Media Convention in Nashville, Tenn., the Great Commission Forum provided a special opportunity for all Christian communicators to gain insights into the worldwide reach of Christian media.
The Great Commission Forum is a dedicated forum at the NRB Convention for U.S.-based professionals to find out what God is doing around the world and to meet potential ministry partners to help expand the reach of the gospel in their own sectors. The Forum featured Bishop Dr. Sunday Onuoha, founder and president of Vision Africa Ministries, and Andrew Palau, the son of Luis Palau and an evangelist for Luis Palau Association.
Forum at NRB 2024 Addresses Israel's War with Hamas
A forum on Wednesday, Feb. 21, at the NRB International Christian Media Convention addressed Israel’s war with Hamas and future relations with the U.S. and the international community. This panel explored the impact of the Oct. 7 terror attack on Israel and the war with Hamas on the everyday Israeli citizen, their government, and their relations with the international community.
The panel was moderated by Billy Hallowell, host and interviewer for Faithwire and CBN News and featured Joel Rosenberg, All Israel News editor-in-chief; Dr. Juergen Buehler, president of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem; and Chris Mitchell, Middle East bureau chief at CBN News.
"Restoring Values" Forum Focuses on Empowering Faithful Christian Families
On Wednesday, Feb. 21, at the NRB 2024 “Restoring Values” Forum, esteemed Christian leaders and media experts dove into the urgent issue of cultural indoctrination impacting families and their children. Panel moderator Lucas Miles—pastor, and award-winning author, podcaster, and TV host—began the discussion by focusing on why there is a war to control the minds of the American youth.
The panel featured Cheryl Chumley, Washington Times podcast host and commentator; Dr. Jeff Myers, president of Summit Ministries; Walt Heyer, founder of Sex Change Regret at the Nfluence Network; and Heidi St. John, co-founder of Firmly Planted-Family and founder of Faith that Speaks.
