The workplace has a key role supporting mental health

As the pandemic continues, many people are experiencing increased stress, anxiety and other mental health concerns. Get informed on the mental health supports available in the community and make sure your employees are aware of what is available to them. If available, promote the employee assistance program (EAP) to your staff. Make sure your staff know that help is available.
