We have added a link icon to the far right of bookings in the Planner. You can now go directly to an order by clicking on that link. This also applies to the booking repository.

Plan several orders at the same time

By holding down the alt key, you can select and drag multiple orders in the Planner to one day.

News for Self-checks

When you want to add points to a Self-check that are similar to each other, you can now choose to "Duplicate" a point.

Additionally you can request a image and now, when you perform a Self-check, a time stamp is saved.

New opportunities in Statistics

When you choose to extract statistics for articles, a column opens where you can choose to filter by user – SHOW ADDED BY.

This allows you to extract statistics on articles added by a specific user.

You can also now extract statistics on Quotes and Sales order articles.

How to create a new service object on a new service order

Create a new Service object on a new Service order

When you create a new Service order, you can add a new Service object directly to the order and specify the service interval, service points and parts. The information is saved on the Service object and controls the next service.

Service interval information as category selection

In To Do you can now add a column for service intervals. Click on the blue checkbox on the far right to select the category. We often add new categories so please check under the + symbol from time to time.

 
When adding a booking the first booking is copied

Bookings are copied

When you add one or more additional Booking to an order, the first booking will be copied, including day, time, description and type. All you need to do is select a different user.

 

More possibilities in the Collection function

Use the collection function when you want to change the value of custom status and/or order types on many Work orders, Service orders, or Sales orders at the same time.

 

New price field

The entire Price information field on an Order has been updated so you see more information and also see Earnings. When you change an order, earnings in the summary is updated continuously.

Expression support

You can set an Expression for the price of articles from a specific supplier. For example, an expression can be used to give different markups for different price levels (markup steps). The expression “overrides” general markups.
To support creating expressions linked to a Supplier, there are now instructions and a tool.

Start and end time in Time report

New setting in Time report settings: "Enter time using start and end".

With this setting, you specify a time with a start and end instead of a number of hours, e.g. 07:15 – 15:45. The setting is advantageously combined with the Article settings – “Enter quantity in hours and minutes”

 

Link print template to order type

By selecting the "star" on a print template, you choose which print template should be at the top when you click "Print". Now you can also control which print template should be used depending on the order type of the order. The setting here takes priority over the "star".

You set this in Work Order Settings or Service Order Settings - Order Type.

Article settings - “Search on article group in description”.

New setting on Fault report

When a Work order is generated from a fault report, always include information about a service object, select Fault Report Settings – ”Require a service object to generate work order”. 

Time rounding

Don't like the timer to round off in 15-minute intervals? You can change that in the Timer settings.
