CEMCO^® FAS STRAP™ is a UL-listed, preformed galvanized steel strap with dual intumescent strips to bridge open flutes for fire-rated walls run parallel to deck flutes.

Compatible with 1-1/2", 2" and 3" flute heights, it can be used as a component of 1- and 2-hour fire-resistant joint systems for composite floor and roof deck applications. Available in 20-gauge and 18-gauge steel, FAS STRAP™ replaces mineral wool flute fillers and straps to simplify track attachment, reduce installation time and help lower labor costs.
