Tell us what's working well and what could be better Join our homeowner webinar on 16 April!
We're hosting a homeowner webinar on Thursday 16 April from 6pm - 6:30pm, and we'd love for you to join us. The session will give you an overview of our homeowner services and also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. What to expect when you report anti-social behaviour (ASB)We know ASB can be upsetting and frustrating. When you report ASB to us, we take it seriously. We review the information, speak to those involved and work with other agencies to take whatever action we can. To help you better understand the process, we’ve created a new video with our team. It explains what our Community Safety team does, and what you can expect when you report ASB - we've used noise as an example. It also sets out the actions we cannot take immediately, and why some cases can take some time. You can watch this below, or click here to read more. Staying #SaferTogether

Remember that phone calls with our teams may be recorded. This is for training, monitoring, and safeguarding purposes, to keep both you and our staff safe. Protecting your belongings with home contents insurance
Did you know it is your own responsibility to arrange your own home contents insurance to help protect your possessions? No matter how careful you are, there’s always a risk that your belongings could be broken, damaged, or stolen. Home contents insurance can cover items such as furniture, carpets, curtains, clothes, bedding, electrical items, jewellery, pictures and ornaments. In many cases it can also cover you if you take items out of your home (on a holiday, for example). Quick links |
