Highlighting the Power of Multi-Payer Alignment

California has set an ambitious goal to increase primary care investment to 15% of total healthcare spending by 2034. A new issue brief from the California Health Care Foundation explores practical strategies for turning that goal into action.

The publication highlights the California Advanced Primary Care Initiative, a joint effort of CQC and the Integrated Healthcare Association, and CQC's Behavioral Health Integration Payer Workgroup as examples of how multi-payer collaboration can strengthen primary care, advance behavioral health integration and support implementation across California.
