Click here SPOTLIGHT ON SPHPublic Health for Learners EverywhereOur commitment to innovate in public health education continues to evolve – from launching flexible courses for working professionals, to providing free, foundational public health content during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Below, we highlight some of our programs available locally and globally. Mini-MPHOver 13,000 individuals have signed up for our free, asynchronous Mini-MPH, engaging in online content that covers key concepts of public health. Participants are able to earn certified health education credits upon completion of coursework developed by SPH leadership and faculty members Lisa Sullivan, Harold Cox, David Rosenbloom, Sophie Godley, and Sandro Galea. Mini-MPH for Physicians and NursesFollowing the success of the general Mini-MPH and participant requests for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credits, BUSPH expanded the Mini-MPH to include versions for physicians and nurses. Workforce Training CentersBUSPH is also home to the New England Public Health Training Center, The School Health Institute for Education and Leadership Development (SHIELD), and the Local Public Health Institute of Massachusetts. 100% Online MPHAccessibly priced, the BUSPH Online MPH degree program offers a flexible, skills-based curriculum focused on health equity.
