Have you had any large-scale work done in your home recently?

Our Insight Customer Scrutiny group is currently looking at customer feedback and data to see what matters most to customers and will be selecting three key service areas to scrutinise this year.

The current review looks at how communication affects customer experience during kitchen or bathroom replacements. If you've had work done in the past year, we’d love to hear from you.

Enjoying the last of the warm weather? Stay fire safe

Your safety is our priority and with warmer weather over the last few weeks of summer, it's important to stay fire aware. Keep communal areas clear, know your evacuation plan, and never use barbecues on balconies or in enclosed spaces. Avoid disposable barbecues in parks or dry areas and always supervise your barbecue when cooking outdoors.
