Based on what you told us, we’re making changes including improving our online portal, reducing missed appointments, and making sure repairs are done right the first time.

Our Insight Customer Scrutiny group is currently looking at customer feedback and data to see what matters most to customers and will be selecting three key service areas to scrutinise this year. The current review looks at how communication affects customer experience during kitchen or bathroom replacements. If you've had work done in the past year, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Money Matters Team is here to help While being off work due to ill health, one of our Manchester customers received support from our Money Matters team to apply for eligible benefits. Emergency alert test
Sunday 7 September A reminder to customers that at 3pm on Sunday 7 September, the UK Government will run a nationwide test of its Emergency Alerts system. Phones will make a loud sound and display a message, even if set to silent.

Keep communal areas clear, know your evacuation plan, and never use barbecues on balconies or in enclosed spaces. Avoid disposable barbecues in parks or dry areas and always supervise your barbecue when cooking outdoors.
Working together to tackle anti-social behaviour We’ve made improvements to our ASB service based on your feedback, and your reports continue to make a difference. In the past year, we’ve responded to nearly 2,000 cases - remember, if you see or experience ASB, please report it in confidence via our website. Your voice helps keep communities safe.
Broughton Bikes event gets the wheels in motion in Salford Great Places and Onward Homes recently teamed up with SUEZ and Salford City Council to donate refurbished bikes, offer free repairs, and share health advice at a community event in Salford.
Empowering women through art in Northmoor We’re proud to have supported WETA (Women’s Empowerment Through Art) with a £4,000 grant from our Greater Together Resilience Fund. WETA offers creative wellbeing workshops for South Asian women in Northmoor, helping to build confidence, reduce isolation, and promote mental health through art and cultural connection.
