The Christmas holidays are well and truly behind us, and there is already chat in the tearooms about getting away at Easter. However, before that can happen there is a bit of work to be done here before 31 March and the end of the financial year by the team.

Over the last few weeks, the most pertinent questions that clients have asked have been around the possibility of a recession and its impact. To address these questions, we engaged one of New Zealand’s leading economists, Tony Alexander, to share his view and have made this available for you to watch.

The video is an extremely interesting and informative ten minute listen, in which Tony advises (spoiler alert!) that even if we have a recession, it will be quite a “soft” one.
