Dynamic, innovative, and contemporary are a few words often associated with design studios. After 15 years in a previous location, KTI wanted an office that reflects the sophistication of their brand, inspires creativity, and energizes their team. Catering to commercial, hospitality clients and luxury residential clients, KTI put their trust in DRG to make the new office all these things and more!
Here is a quick tour of their new space….
The entrance sets the tone with a striking curved reception desk and trophy case, evoking strong first impressions with clients and partners alike.
To foster collaboration and camaraderie, they designed open-concept pods and scattered lay tables throughout for quick team gatherings. Featured workstations, private office and meeting tables are from OFS’ Staks, Intermix and Nineteen20 collections. Natural light floods the space through floor-to-ceiling and clerestory windows, promoting productivity and well-being.
The large conference room has an all-white quartz conference table from Prismatique and walls to ensure client presentations shine, undisturbed by their surroundings.
Functionality was key, so they integrated numerous organizational solutions throughout, from the expansive material library featuring floor to ceiling shelves to storage within worktables from OFS’ Intermix collection, ensuring a clutter-free environment that enhances workflow efficiency.
