About the speakersDheeraj Lalwani is Head of Client Relationships of Link’s Employee Equity Plan Solutions division. Dheeraj manages the client relationships team which provides comprehensive end-to-end services to Link’s equity plan clients across the full spectrum of the employee share plan lifecycle, including administration, consulting, legal and taxation services. He has worked across registry and employee share plans for over a decade, where he provided valuable assistance, and is an expert at sharing and implementing best practice throughout the organisation. Marie-Louise Czech is a HR Professional and Reward Lead working for a multinational company managing all aspects of employee compensation and benefits including share plan design and implementation. With over 25 years’ experience in Remuneration and Benefits program management she has partnered with Legal, Tax and Share Plan administrator teams to deliver efficient employee share plan execution and to meet tax compliance and associated legislative employee equity requirements. Marc Bosotti has over 20 years of experience advising organisations on reward and performance, global mobility and taxation matters. Marc specialises in helping companies design, implement and administer reward and compensation structures that create alignment with the organisation’s business and people strategy. He has significant experience with employee equity arrangements in listed, unlisted and private equity environments.
