Core 20 Plus- latest event

Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is one of the biggest health issues of today. We began our Core 20 Plus project to combat Hypertension. To do this, we are running events so that individuals can learn about Hypertension and how to regularly check their blood pressure. We are, in partnership with Groundwork London, hosting an event on the 21st of March between 10:30am-12pm at Chartwell House, Edgeware. Find out more here

Our Community Connectors

Our events are ran by our Community Connectors, who educate the clients on Hypertension, test blood pressure and have information about how to test blood pressure regularly. Please note that our Community Connectors are not medically trained, so any advice given, is advice and not a diagnosis.

Core 20 Plus updates

We held a series of events at Stonegrove Community Centre and the event was a success, as we engaged 80 clients about Hypertension and reflected on the monitoring processes and improved.
