Monday's 2-3pm Crushing PD. Moderate intensity exercise designed to slow motor deterioration, improve cognitive function & improve balance and reaction time. Level 1,2. Wednesday's 11am-12pm Movement for Parkinson's. Stretching, balance, mobility and strength training. All levels. Students can participate on their feet or in a chair. Both classes taught by a fellow PWP.

Bear Shadow Music Festival

Bear Shadow is an annual spring time music festival and celebration. 2023 headliners include Spoon, The Head And The Heart, & Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit to 4118ft.
