Message about early closure 7 July
Our Customer Service Team is attending an event on 7 July from 3pm to 5.30pm. We will change to our out-of-hours weekend service at 3pm so we'll still be able to answer your calls.

The Big Door Knock is coming this summer!
We’re coming out to listen to your views. Our colleagues will be out and about in our neighbourhoods during July and August and we’d love to chat to you!
Our dedicated team will be hitting the streets, going door-to-door, to listen to your thoughts, ideas and hopes for your homes and neighbourhoods. We’ll be listening to what you tell us and then committing to action plans to make whatever changes we can.
We’re visiting a number of communities and, as well as listening to your views, we’ll be talking about the support we can offer and how you can get any extra help you might need.
“We don’t want to wait until you contact us with a problem, we want to hear about things we can do to stop those issues happening in the first place,” says Hannah Manyewu, Executive Director of Customer. “We want to get better by working together and really listening and acting on your ideas and views.”
What do you need to do?
Please look out for a text from Paradigm Housing two weeks before we’re due to visit your area. We’ll send a reminder text the day before too. If we knock on your door, we’d really appreciate you taking a few minutes to chat to us.
What if you don’t come to my area?
Unfortunately, we can’t get out everywhere but hearing from all customers, even those we’re not visiting, is really important to us. Once the project is completed, there will be a chance for customers we didn't get to see to answer the same questions.
Updating our email addresses
You said that our Enquiries@ParadigmHousing.co.uk email was out of touch and needed to feel more modern, and that CustomerServices.Repairs@ParadigmHousing.co.uk was too long and hard to remember.
We’re pleased to say that we have refreshed our contact email addresses:

Free laptops for customers at our homeless hostel
We’re excited to share the success of our laptop recycling scheme at Lea Bridge House, our homeless hostel in Leyton, East London.
Instead of bidding farewell to used laptops from our offices, they have been revitalised and are now available for customers to use for tasks such as completing settled status forms and applying for Universal Credit.
A customer at Lea Bridge recently had a broken phone and was delighted to have a laptop to use: “The laptop has been a total lifesaver! Since my phone needed repairing, I could retrieve all my emails and messages, and even update my Universal Credit.”
We have some more refurbished laptops available for customers in need; please fill out this form if you're interested and we'll be in touch.
Fun in the sun 🌞
Now that the better weather and lighter evenings are here, we really want you to enjoy your outdoor space – but please be considerate of your neighbours. Remember to keep music to a minimum, especially at night, and we ask that you don’t have BBQs on your balconies. Let’s hope the decent weather continues and we can all enjoy a peaceful summer!
