Racism Is Linked to Dental Anxiety and Fear among Black Women

This anxiety may lead to delayed or inadequate dental care and exacerbate racial disparities in oral health, according to a study led by Brenda Heaton, Yvette Cozier, Julia Bond, and Jaeyoung Bae.
